Meadworks is thrilled to host fantastic blues duo Spice Cake: Bluesman Miles Spicer and Vocalist Yaya Patterson. Miles Spicer has been playing Blues in the Washington DC Area for more than 30 years. As principal guitarist in M.S.G Acoustic Blues Trio, he's played venues ranging from house concerts to national festivals. Yaya Patterson is a versatile singer and musician who brings joy, creativity, and imagination. Yaya combines her love of music with her love of nature. Together Spice Cake blends Yaya's formal training with Miles' experience as they explore blues and jazz along with their own compositions.
