Spice Blending 101 with Apothecary Spices

Join Eddie Gonzalez, Owner and Spice Blender of Apothecary Spices, as he walks participants through a discussion of flavors using every day ingredients and how those ingredients combine to make different taste combinations.

Participants will explore the different spices that make up some of Apothecary Spices' more popular spice blends, and get to sample an assortment of spices to make their own custom blends to take home.

A prize will be given for the most creative name. (Vegetable snacks will be served as part of the taste testing.)
