About the Instructors:

Derak and Anita Green have been developing a unique line of healthier alternative spice blends for over 7 years. They have cooked online for their over 200k followers almost nightly. As self-published cookbook authors, they have created unique recipes high in flavor using their products. Their passion is to teach others the importance of healthy eating. With early introductions to the foodservice industry, both home chefs have always enjoyed creating flavorful profiles for family and friends. In 2024, Chef Derak made his national TV debut on the Fox Network Show Masterchef (Season 14), where he wowed Chefs Gordon Ramsay, Aaron Sanchez, Joe Bastianich, and Lydia Bastianich with his take on an elevated breakfast for dinner. Derak and Anita continue to be inspired by the power of food to connect people and create lasting memories. They stress the importance of cooking with "love" and intention. When not teaching or cooking online, they enjoy spending time with family, traveling, and relaxing.
