Step into the embrace of nature in the mountains of Chiang Mai for a weekend of sound, ceremony, and soulful renewal.
The Sound & Soul Retreat is a two-day infusion of heart-opening cacao, ecstatic movement, chanting, and sacred sound — all designed to awaken your inner rhythm and reconnect you to your soul’s frequency.
You’ll be guided to breathe deeply, move freely, and surrender into the spaces where vibration meets stillness.

2:00–2:30 PM: Arrival & Welcome Fruit Reception (tropical fruit + herbal tea)
2:30–3:15 PM: Community Mingling & Connection Time
3:30–5:15 PM: Personal Integration & Rest (choice of pool, nature walk, spa, journaling)
5:30–8:00 PM: Sphinx Vibe Music Ceremonies
– Cacao Ceremony with Atùm & Imán Sphinx — heart-open, intention set
– Ecstatic Dance — embodied movement, liberated expression
– Sound Journey with Maria — deep vibration, stillness, integration
8:00–9:00 PM: Thai-Indian Dinner Buffet
9:00 PM onwards: Evening Rest & Reflection — journaling, stargazing, gentle communion

6:00–8:00 AM: Morning Chanting, Pranayama & Light Kirtan
– Guided by Ritthee Gurusingh (breath-work & mantra)
– Kirtan led by Atùm Sphinx — sunrise devotion, joyful vibration
8:00–9:00 AM: Thai-Indian Breakfast Buffet
9:15–10:00 AM: Closing Circle with Atùm & Imán — reflection, commitment, release
10:00–11:00 AM: Free Time — pool, gardens, herbal tea in nature
11:00 AM: Check-out & return transportation to Chiang Mai (optional shuttle)
