Spencer’s Dock is Lou Hayes and Rich Kendrick. Two guitars, two voices, and the songs that found them the slow way - from person to person, over distance and through time.
Together they have stripped everything back until only the raw and human remains: interweaving acoustic guitar parts, close harmony, and a finely honed catalogue of songs.
... Roving songs. Songs for the sea. Letters for lovers, for labourers, for adventurers. Songs of celebration and hardship, of landscape and longing - Songs that sit at the centre of what connects us.
You can expect the night to move from chilling ballads to rollicking follies, and everything in between!
Lou and Rich have not long landed on the Coast and have slipped into its rich story like a calloused hand into a cracked leather glove.
