Long – 1500m swim / 40km bike / 10km run
Short – 750m swim / 20km bike / 5km run
Duathlon
Long – 5km run / 40km bike / 10km run
Short – 2.5km run / 20km bike / 5km run
Multisport
Long – 6km kayak / 40km bike / 10km run
Short – 3km kayak / 20km bike / 5km run

7.00am – Check-in & bike racking opens
7.45am – Check-in closes
7.50am – Race briefing

All competitors must attend the race briefing.
Please be mindful of long-course competitors when entering Rabbit Island and setting up.
