Attention athletes and coaches! Saturday May 18th, Immortal Power and coach Mike Siszka will be holding a free speed training clinic. The clinic will be from 10:00 - 11:30 AM. All you need to do is let me know you are coming and show up for 10:00.
Ages 11+
We will be covering the basics of sprint training and developing game changing speed. The focus will be on proper sprint technique and how to best structure training for speed.
It will take place at the Kiski Area Football Field / track located on the high school campus. Please let me know if you are able to make it by Thursday May 16th.
If there is poor weather, it will be moved to Sunday May 18th from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
