Starting in April, we will be providing two weekly speed sessions at George Rogers Clark High School over the warmer months of the year to help develop proper running mechanics and help athletes in Kentucky run faster! Any Sport and age is welcome to come and work on their craft. Speed is something everyone and every sport needs! Come work with one of the best in Kentucky!
