Speed Painting for Neurodivergent Adults

Speed Painting - a similar concept to speed dating, but painting instead of dating!

Reet Good Wood CIC is a creative space specifically for Neurodivergent adults who have had a late diagnosis, are waiting for a diagnosis or are not seeking one but identify as being neurodivergent. For people who have 'managed' to get through life without any kind of support - this space is for you. Unfortunately we do not meet criteria for formal support but being around other people like you is massively important.

Come join us for a fun and creative evening of speed painting! This event is specifically tailored for Neurodivergent Adults looking to express themselves through art, and meet likeminded people.

The session will be led by Neurodivergent Creatives, and begins with a demonstration / some tutoring on how to paint a portrait at speed. No prior painting experience is necessary; you don't have to be an 'artist', but we figured it would be a nice way to meet other Neurodivergent Adults, without the pressure soleley being focussed on conversation. You'll get the opportunity to paint portraits of each other in short rounds, and at the end you'll have a bunch of portraits of yourself fo take home.

You are welcome to bring your own alcohol if you wish; we will provide soft drinks, tea, coffee and snacks.
