Join us for an exciting evening of speed networking in our Magnolia Ballroom at Bellamore! Whether you're looking to make new professional contacts, find collaborators, or simply expand your network, this event offers a unique and fast-paced way to connect with a diverse group of professionals.

Our event will give you the opportunity to have short, focused conversations with a variety of attendees. You'll switch partners every few minutes, ensuring you meet as many people as possible. It's a fantastic chance to build meaningful connections in a fun and efficient format.

Our event is modeled after speed dating, but the goal is to build your professional network and foster business connections. Please note that this is not a dating event.

6:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Check-in & Open Networking

• Guests arrive, check in, and receive a name tag.
• Enjoy a complimentary drink from Bearded Bartenders and light background music.
• This is a perfect time to warm up and have a few initial conversations before the structured networking begins.

6:30 PM – 6:35 PM: Welcome & Instructions

• The host will give a brief welcome, thank the sponsors, and explain the rules for the speed networking portion.
• Instructions will cover the duration of each round and what to do when the bell or signal is given.

6:35 PM – 7:40 PM: Speed Networking Rounds

• This is the core of the event. Attendees will be paired up for short, focused conversations.
• Each round will last approximately 5 minutes.
• A bell or signal will indicate when it’s time to switch partners. You’ll be instructed to move to the next seat to meet someone new.
• This format ensures you get to meet a wide variety of professionals in a short amount of time.

7:40 PM – 8:00 PM: Final Connections & Wrap-up

• The structured rounds will conclude.
• Use this time to reconnect with the people you had a great conversation with.
• The host will make a final announcement, thank everyone for coming, and invite you to continue your conversations.
• This final period allows you to follow up with your most promising contacts.
