Info: 1. Check-in and Introductions (15-30 minutes):
Participants arrive and receive a badge or name tag. A short welcome and explanation of the event format are given.

Info: 2. Speed Friending Rounds (60-90 minutes): Participants are paired off for a set amount of time (e.g., 3 minutes per round). After each round, participants move to a new partner, often through a designated movement like rotating circles or changing seats.
