Start with a beginner-friendly swing lesson, followed by social dancing and mingling to practice what you've learned and meet other attendees in a relaxed setting. Then you'll take part in a series of structured 5-minute speed dates. After each date, you'll privately mark whether you'd like to connect again. If both people select "yes," you'll receive each other's contact information after the event.

This special event is a collaboration between Speed Dating Kelowna and Okanagan Swing Dancing. Everything is organized for you, including the dance instruction, conversation timing, and match cards. The evening begins with a beginner lesson, followed by social dancing and mingling, before transitioning into the speed dating portion. Optional conversation starters and question prompts will be available at each table to help keep conversations flowing naturally.
Dress Code:
Smart casual. Feel free to wear something comfortable enough to dance in while still reflecting your personality.

Nothing! We provide all materials. Just show up ready to dance, meet new people, and have a great time.
After the Event:
Match results are emailed by midnight the next day. If you don’t find a connection this time, many guests return for future events and find their match later. Plus, if you don't get a match, you've scored yourself a one-time 25% of
