Do prices change before sales end?

• To be fair to all, prices will stay the same.

Do you sell tickets if event starts in 1-48 hours?

• No. Venue staff need time to setup our event area.

Why do venue staff know nothing about this event?

• We inform them if we got enough people in time.

What happens if too few people sign up in time?

• We cancel the event. Ticket holders can choose another event or we refund their ticket buyers.

Can I participate if I arrive late?

• No. This counts as you being absent. Your ticket buyer will also get NO refund.

How many people signed up?

• Since we advertise in many ways, many sales may occur at once. Instead of checking numbers, buy tickets before they vanish!

When are match results ready?

• 2 - 72 hours after event ends. Every participant will receive results even if they matched with no one.

What is a good men/women ratio?

• There cannot be 3+ more men compared to women or 3+ more women relative to men. For example, 10 ladies and 8 men is acceptable.

What if your men/women ratio is bad?

• The newest ticket holders that made the imbalance when sales end can either move to future events, and/or we issue refunds. If it occurs on-site then applicable people must refrain from participating and we'll issue refunds.

If ratios are bad at sales close, can I pick the order that folks in my group must drop out?

• We can accommodate this if you let us know your preferences before the sales closing date.

My best friend I paid for had to drop out over poor ratios, but I desperately need him/her to help me on-site. Can he/she still attend?

• We may allow him/her in as a spectator, but he/she cannot participate.
