Speed Dating at Cup of Swords Tavern : 20's-30's (21+)

Step into a night of Renaissance romance and revelry at our exclusive Singles Speed Dating event, hosted in the heart of downtown Olympia at Cup of Swords Tavern! Don your finest attire and prepare to embark on a journey of connections and merriment.

In the ambiance of this renaissance themed oasis, you'll have the chance to meet fellow singles in a series of brief, enchanting encounters. Engage in lively conversation, share tales of your adventures, and discover kindred spirits amidst the jovial atmosphere.

Whether you seek a companion for a moonlit stroll through the village square or a partner for a daring escapade, our 20's-30's (21+) Speed Dating event promises an evening of enchantment and possibility. Join us, and let fate weave its magic.

Participants will have the opportunity meet a variety of people through a series of short, relaxed mini-dates.

Space is limited to 15 men and 15 women for this event, so grab your tickets as quickly as possible!

(Not your preferred demographic? We will be hosting additional age groups and Queer Speed Dating events as well. Let us know you're interested and we'll make it happen.)

Your ticket gets you into the event and includes an alcoholic beverage or soda/other non-alcoholic drink.

Here's what to expect:

• Ticket price is $20 and includes one drink ticket.
• After sign-up you will receive an e-mail prompting you to submit a photo for our directory of daters. This will be used after the event to view attendees and select your desired matches.
• Arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the event start time to check in with your host and redeem your drink ticket at the bar before we get started.
• The event will start with a mixer activity designed to help ease nerves and get some conversations going before speed dating officially begins.
• Your host will invite the women to sit down first at a numbered table. The men will then join across from them and a 5 minute timer will begin.
• Question cards will be available at each place setting to inspire fun and engaging conversations.
• When the bell rings, the men will rotate to the next numbered place, embarking on a new 5 minute date each time.
• Halfway through your dates there will be a 20 minute intermission for you to go to the restroom, stretch your legs, and grab another drink.
• Take notes and mark your preferred matches on the provided match sheet after each encounter.
• After the event, scan the QR code on your match sheet to view the Google Form where you will select and submit your desired matches. You will be notified of matches within 48 hours (typically the Saturday after the event).
