• Event will cancel. Ticket holders can choose another one or we refund their ticket buyers.

Can I participate if I arrive late?

• No. Late equals being absent.

How many people signed up?

• Since we advertise in various ways, several sales may occur simultaneously. Instead of checking numbers, buy tickets before they vanish!

When are match results ready?

• 2 - 72 hours after it ends. Every participant will receive results even if they matched with nobody.

What is a good men/women ratio?

• There cannot be 3+ more men compared to women or 3+ more women relative to men.

What if men/women ratio is bad?

• The newest folks that caused the imbalance when sales end can either move to future events, and/or we issue refunds. If it occurs on-site then applicable folks must refrain from participating plus refunds will be issued.

If ratios suck, may I choose which person in my group drops out first?

• Please tell us your preferences ASAP (before sales close).

My best friend I paid for must drop out over poor ratios, but I desperately need him/her to help me on-site. Can he/she still attend?

• We might allow him/her in as a spectator, but he/she cannot participate.
