• All Ticket Sales Are Final: Participants unable to attend may transfer their ticket to a future event if the request is made at least five (5) days prior to the event date. Transfer requests made within five days of the event will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.
• Drink Ticket Redemption: Once a participant has redeemed their complimentary drink ticket, they forfeit any eligibility for a refund, regardless of event circumstances.
• Age Requirement & ID Verification: Participants must meet the minimum age requirement for the event: 21 years old for venues where alcohol is served, and 18 years old for venues without alcohol service (e.g., coffee shops or Doggie Dates). For alcohol-serving venues, a valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at check-in in order to receive a drink ticket for redemption during the event. Guests who do not present a valid ID will not be issued a drink ticket.
• Responsible Consumption: Drink tickets are non-transferable and valid only during the event. Please drink responsibly.

However, Love on Draft makes no guarantees regarding the number of participants, gender balance, matches made, or compatibility outcomes. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to release Love on Draft, its affiliates, employees, and venue partners from any liability related to event participation or resulting connections.

• Love on Draft is not responsible for participant no-shows or uneven gender or participant ratios at events.
• Choosing to leave an event due to dissatisfaction with the number or composition of attendees does not constitute grounds for a refund.

• Respect Others: Treat everyone with kindness and professionalism. Aggressive, intrusive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal.
• Consent-Based Interaction: Exchanging personal contact information should occur only with mutual consent. Unsolicited follow-up contact is prohibited.
• Behavior Expectations: Harassment, intimidation, or behavior that makes others uncomfortable will result in a ban from future events.

Violation of these policies may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.

Love on Draft reserves the right to refuse service to any participant at its sole discretion.
