Welcome to Inner Spark Speed Dating, where our aim is to make dating introductions fun and comfortable!

Speed dating is a great way to meet many people in a short amount of time.

Here's how the event will go:

You will have a brief conversation with each person, which will help you quickly figure out if you connect or not. This saves you from spending too much time on dates that might not go anywhere. It’s less stressful than traditional dating since you don’t have to deal with long, potentially uncomfortable, interactions. Plus, it’s a fun way to meet new people and potentially find a good match!

Our speed dating events are designed to be clear and structured, which allows you the mental focus to enjoy meeting the people there. Each conversation is 7 minutes, which is plenty of time to gage your attraction toward the people you meet. We provide a fun, engaging activity to spark conversation, making interactions easier and conversations flow more naturally.

By the end of the event you will have introduced yourself to a number of men or women, marked who you felt connected to, and you will be excited to receive your email with your matches' phone numbers and email addresses.

You will receive your matches the next day (via email)!

• How should I prepare?

Be yourself and come with an open mind. Showing up is the most important part. Think about what you’d like to share about yourself and what you’d like to learn about others.

• What if I’m nervous?

It’s natural to feel a bit anxious. My best advice: Be curious. Being curious lightens the mood, eases nervousness, enhances conversations, and lessens the focus on yourself. I will be hosting, helping everyone feel at ease. Also, we'll kick things off with an icebreaker, it involves no public speaking, and is sure to make you smile.

• What happens if I don’t get any matches?

While our hope is that everyone finds a match, not every pairing will be perfect. Be assured, this event has proven again and again to be an enjoyable social experience regardless of the outcome.
