Join us at Harvard GSE at the Gutman Library on August 9, at 11 AM to hear from the Founder & CEO of Speechify, Cliff Weitzman, as he shares his journey building and scaling a startup he launched as a university student.
Cliff Weitzman has Dyslexia & ADHD. In school, he couldn’t keep up with the readings in his classes, so he built Speechify AI to cope. Today, Speechify is used by 25 million people and has read out over 200 billion words to users (that’s more time reading than all the hours between 0 BC and today).
Cliff will explain how he decides what to work on, how to hire, how to build products if you don’t know CS, how to get initial users, how to scale to 10s of millions of users, how to use AI, how he sets goals, and the 5 pillars that allow him and his team to maximize happiness while working really hard.
