Join us at Goldfish Swim School for a Stroller Strides class open to any mom in the community. Bring your swim suits to stay after to meet other moms, grab coffee and goodies, and head inside to the pool!Class will be $10 for non-members, and included in Fit4Mom memberships & class passes.
What to expect during class:
- energetic stations of cardio and strength training
- songs, bubbles, stories and entertainment for littles
- connecting with other moms and your kids
- feeling empowered and energized!
Kids under 5 must be in a stroller, wagon or baby carrier throughout class. Kids over 5 must sit next to mom’s stroller during each station but can run or walk next to mom between stations.
What to bring:
- clothes to move comfortably in
- good shoes for exercise
- water for you and your littles
- snacks and any toys/entertainment your kids would like in the stroller
- yoga mat or towel
- swim suits and towels
Goldfish Swim School will provide changing rooms and life jackets for all sizes.
Please register prior to class!
