The training starts with a live online webinar on Saturday 7th September 10.30am - 12.30pm when you’ll meet your teachers and fellow students and get prepared for the three days of In Person Training.The In Person training takes place on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th September 10.00am - 5.00pm
then on Saturday 28th September 10.00am - 5.00pm in a supportive learning environment at Jack Tizard School, South Africa Road, Shepherd's Bush, London, W12 7PA
The training will be lead by two of our most senior practitioners and teachers - Karen and Frankie.
You’ll observe them putting the practice into action with local children, learn about what you’ve seen and practise together as students to embody and feel their effect and be encouraged to get out of your head and into your heart/body.
There’s also plenty of opportunities to answers to any questions you have.
There will be a further live webinar after the In Person days on Saturday 19th October 10.30am - 12.30pm for you to practise mindfulness and understand how to share this with the children.
