On September 25th the Thursday Night Blues Jam at Moriarty’s will be a special event honoring the music and legacy of Steve “Doc” Yankee.
Steve was a man of many talents, known for his work as a musician and writer. He had a warm and loving spirit, was kind to everyone he met, and was both intelligent and witty. His passion for music and his presence on social media brought countless friends into his life who appreciated his wisdom and humor. He will be sorely missed in the Lansing Michigan Blues Community.
