Join us for a deeply relaxing Sound Bath to balance and harmonise your body’s chakra system, supporting energetic alignment, relaxation, and a renewed sense of inner balance.
Using the healing power of sound and vibration, you’ll be gently guided into a meditative state where the body can soften, the mind can quieten, and the nervous system can settle.
This is a space to lie back, receive, and allow the sounds to work where they are needed most.
The extended time allows for gentle refreshments after the Sound Bath, offering a relaxed opportunity to connect, reflect, and share in a supportive space.
