Every other Sunday for 2 hours at the New VUB Sportscomplex. A program designed especially for women (16+), instructed by (mostly very kind) specialized security forces. 😉
The program is more than just self-defense; it also touches on concepts of agency (self-belief) and resilience. You will learn to defend others as well — in order to help achieve the mission of our company: “Towards a Braver Society.” Techniques are carefully studied to actually make a difference, despite acute strength differences.
As a bonus, it is: 1. fun, 2. a good workout, 3. a good way of meeting new people, 4. and... fun.
