The Special Meeting of Members that was recently announced via mail, is being rescheduled.
New Meeting Date: Dec 17th
In the interest of increased community participation and full transparency, the President of the Board of the PHFHA has decided to push the date of the upcoming Special Meeting of Members out to Wednesday, December 17th at 7PM, at the Prairie Center Elementary School.
The meeting will follow regular order and use this agenda:
1. Call to order
2. Proof of Notice & Quorum
3. Statement of Purpose
4. Consideration of Amendments
a. Explanation of each amendment
b. Open debate
c. Voting on each amendment
5. Announcement of the voting results
6. Adjourn
As before, this will be an in-person-only meeting and not available via Zoom. We encourage everyone to attend or designate someone to act as a proxy for you at the meeting. Members wishing to have a proxy vote on their behalf, please contact the board via email or phone/text at 913-353-5723, and an official proxy designation form will be delivered to your home. That form must be filled out and signed by each homeowner as listed on the official deed found on the Johnson County website.
