This moderate hike led by John Luker takes you to the seasonal pond, an overlook hill with spectacular views of the San Fernando Valley, and down to the Stagecoach Trail plaque. Family friendly event. Dogs on leash are welcome. Ascent information: 118 feet, average gradient is 5.8%, max is 11.4%.
Descent information: 126 feet, average gradient is 6.3%, max is 15.5%
Long sleeves, pants, sturdy close-toed shoes recommended. A walking stick is helpful for navigating the Stagecoach Trail. Bring plenty of water.
