About Mark:
Mark Berger is a New Orleans-based yoga teacher, life coach, author, comedian, retreat leader, and community builder — and that's just his Instagram bio. With over 20 years of experience in movement, meditation, and wellness, Mark has built a reputation for bringing playful energy and deep yogic philosophy together in a way that meets people right where they are.
He is the founder of Berger Fitness, Yoga & Corporate Wellness, Managing Partner at Varsity Sports, and President of Happy's Running Club NOLA. He previously owned two boutique fitness studios in New Orleans and served as Strength & Conditioning Coach at Loyola University. His work in wellness extends beyond the studio — he is also a producer of the NOLA Yoga Fest and has built a following of nearly 7,500 on Instagram as a wellness influencer.
Mark is also a published author, and he'll be bringing his book Sadhana: A Modern Spiritual Routine for a Healthier, Happier Life to THE Meeting — sharing how the ancient practice of daily spiritual discipline can be a game-changer for focus, mindset, and performance in business and in life.
