About Beth:
Beth Winkler is a Physical Therapist, Certified Pain Specialist, and CEO & Co-Founder of Magnolia Physical Therapy. With 30 years of clinical experience and over 20,000 hours of patient care, Beth bridges traditional orthopedic expertise with cutting-edge pain neuroscience and neuroplasticity.
Beth is the creator of the HEAL Method™ — a science-backed framework that addresses chronic pain at the source: the brain and nervous system. She is certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy, holds a fellowship as an Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist, and is the founder of Brain Body Wellness. She also serves as a Pain Science Instructor at LSU and Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University.
Her own journey with chronic pain — twelve years of daily symptoms following a minor head injury — led her to discover the neuroscience behind why pain persists long after tissue heals. That breakthrough transformed not only her own life but her entire approach to patient care.
