Spring is rounding the corner and do you know what that means? It’s time to start talking spring produce, farmers markets, and nutrient dense, seasonal veggies.
What better way to honor this time of year than with a French inspired salad. A Niçoise salad to be exact.
This salad originated in the French city of Nice along the Mediterranean coast. There is just something magical about the combination of crisp green beans, bright lemon ? dijon aioli, briny olives and caper, quality tuna ?, hard boiled eggs, roasted baby new potatoes, and fresh radish, that says - summer is on the way!
All served with some crusty gluten free sourdough bread, the option to add on a personalized gf/df charcuterie plate, and paired with some delicious, light French wines - provided by the amazing 2 Roots Gallery & Wine ? Bar.
I will also have some zero proof drinks available for those that would like to choose them.

This will be a easy going, casual cooking class with option to add on a charcuterie plate, and wines from all over the world ? on tap.
The Niçoise salad will be highly customizable as well, with options to add or subtract toppings to create the perfect salad to your liking.
And of course this wouldn’t be a Happy Belly Foodies @bellylovewellness event without some nutrition education worked in there as well. You know I love an opportunity to teach you how to nourish your body.
So you will also leave with a recipe card, tips, tools, and resources to work towards optimal wellness.
