You deserve love. Unyielding, soul-shaking, tuck-you-in-when-you-are-sick love. So many of us were not shown love or at least how to love well, let alone how to find and sustain it through life's hardships. We witnessed our parents wreak havoc on their relationships and made it our mission not to repeat the cycle, yet we experience similar conflicts. At my first event at Soul Joel’s, I will share how trauma can impact your relationships (fun story time!), plus ways for you to take back the power. Plan for laughter, maybe some tears, and to leave feeling you deserve the absolute best. For those in romantic relationship or single, all can be applied to all relationships platonic or romantic. LGTBQIA+ and minority safe space. This event is not therapy, it is for entertainment purposes only. Maria Palumbo, Licensed Social Worker, is the resident therapist of Compass Counseling for Couples and Individuals in Malvern, PA.
