About this Event

Comic art workshop! Get creative!

Booking only needs to be made for children that wish to participate.

Before the Big Screen film showing of Dog Man, join local published comic artist Russ Daff for a fun, interactive family comic art workshop.

Children will learn to draw these well known comic characters before creating their own supervillains and creatures inspired by their favourite comic books. Through live drawing, games and creative prompts, kids will discover how easy it can be to invent characters and create their own comics. While inspiring creativity and reading for pleasure through comics.

Perfect for any children who enjoy comics, drawing, cartoons and storytelling.

Children must be accompanied by an adult. Workshop materials provided for booked children.

Please note: When booking you ONLY need to book for the children that wish to attend. Accompanied adult places do not need to be booked.

Following the workshop we will run a screening of Dog Man for your children (and you!) to enjoy!
