Special Education Training Series - The First IEP

The Eastern Los Angeles Family Resource Center is happy to announce our upcoming training for families who have children that will be transition out of the Early Start Program and will be preparing for their First IEP.

This training will prepare you for the process before, during and after.

If your child is 2 years 4 month to 2 years 9 months, join us to prepare for this very important transition. If you child has already transition (over 3), you can also join us to understand the process and better prepare for the next IEP or request additional assistance at your child’s school.

Session will take place on:

Thursday, February 27th from 5:30-7:00 pm

Training will be provided in English with Spanish and Mandarin Interpretation if requested by January 31st, 2025.

El Centro de Recursos para la Familia del Este de Los Ángeles se complace en anunciar nuestro próximo entrenamiento para familias que tienen hijos que saldrán del Programa de Intervención Temprana y se prepararán para su primer IEP.

Este entrenamiento lo preparará para el proceso antes, durante y después.

Si su hijo tiene entre 2 años y 4 meses y 2 años y 9 meses, únase a nosotros para prepararse para esta transición tan importante. Si su hijo ya hizo la transición (tiene más de 3 años), también puede unirse a este entrenamiento para comprender el proceso y prepararse mejor para el próximo IEP o solicitar asistencia adicional en la escuela de su hijo.

Session tomara lugar:

Jueves, 27 de febrero del 2025 de 5:30-7:00 pm.

La capacitación se brindará en inglés con interpretación al español y mandarín si se solicita antes del 31 de enero del 2025.
