Join us for a special pop-up class Yin/Yang Power Flow & Deep Stretch, a special 90-minute combination of Power & Yin Yoga.
Start with 45 minutes of power vinyasa flow to promote strength and mobilize and prime body tissues, followed by 45 minutes of long-held stretches to promote mobility and relaxation. This class offers a unique pairing of yin and yang to find the balance between power and rest, all in one class session. The benefits of pairing active movement with deep stretching will take you to a blissful place right on your mat.
