Guided by Tom’s calming presence, you’ll move through gentle postures and a soothing Nidra journey while the studio is filled with the enchanting sounds of the Bandura—a traditional Ukrainian harp, played live by Viktoriia throughout the session. This rare combination of Yin, Nidra, and live music creates an immersive experience to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore balance to body, mind, and spirit.
