5 hours swim comp and then teams head back home to prepare 1 cooked, 1 raw and 1 dish that uses the whole fish. Equally scored across the spearing and cooking. More info and comp registration all via https://catch-and-cook.netlify.app only $25 to register, but get in quickly as this is filling up quickly!
Assigned teams (we will make sure beginners are paired up with more experienced). We can also try to accommodate your pairing preferences (just provide this info when you register).
