Speaking of Menopause: A Pelvic Health & Intimacy Conversation
About this Event
Speaking of Menopause: A Pelvic Health & Intimacy Conversation
Join us for an in-person gathering all about perimenopause!
Perimenopause doesn't come with a manual... so we're building one, together.
Speaking of Menopause is a partnership with wellness providers across our community, designed for women who are ready to stop suffering in silence through pelvic floor changes, shifting intimacy, and the symptoms nobody warned us about.
In honor of World Menopause Day (October 18th) we will screen M Factor 2: Before the Pause, followed by small-group discussions where you can ask the questions you've been sitting with, the ones that feel too private for instagram, but too important to ignore.
This is not a lecture. It's a room full of women who get it.
What to Expect:
A screening of M Factor 2: Before the Pause
Two intimate breakout discussion circles covering:
- Pelvic floor health
- Intimacy through perimenopause
- Navigating symptoms with real information (not guesswork)
Time to connect directly with 3–5 wellness vendors and practitioners
Water and light refreshments
🗓️ Details:
📅 Saturday, October 17
🕦 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM
📍 Pelvic Pride, Roland Park, Baltimore

This is for you if:
- You're navigating perimenopause and feel like no one's talking about the parts that matter most
- You've had questions about your body you haven't known who to ask
- You want real community, not just information
- You believe midlife is a season of power, not a slow disappearing act
Reserve your seat. Space is limited to keep these conversations honest, safe, and real.
