This presentation uses history, sociology and engineering to explore the old and new processes that continue to shape Ohio’s workforce.Establishing the framework for early American lifestyle, work and memory, Dr. Amy L. Fluker is the Robert W. Reeder Associate Professor of History at Youngstown State University.
Jonathan Cambouris is the Museum Administrator for the Youngstown Historical Center of Industry & Labor, exploring the intersection of industrial landscapes with culture and community.
Together, they lead a panel examining Northeast Ohio's innovative, adaptive and transformative history.
This lecture is included with museum admission and is free to all Ohio History Connection members.
