Class/workshop leader, Christine Burke guides participants through a learning modality that includes meditative exercises that work to align body, soul and spirit. The combination of breathing, movement and speaking can help us heal past difficulties, bring us to conscious presencing so that we are able to meet the needs of the day, and bring about a healthy future through developing our imaginative, intuitive and inspirative capacities.
