Speaking Crow is funded and facilitated by Plume Winnipeg (formerly called the Winnipeg International Writers Festival) which is committed to creating safe and respectful opportunities for writers, volunteers, audience members, and workers to share knowledge, explore ideas, and build community.
Featured reader: Seream (reading in both French and English)
Seream is a multi-disciplinary artist: a spoken word performer, author, actor, director, and painter. He has lived in Manitoba since 2017, dividing his time between his work as director of Maison Gabrielle-Roy and his creative work. He always bets on poetry, multiplying his collaborations with other artists and inventing new living or written poetic forms.
