With a Master’s in Health Administration and over a decade of experience, he has led successful business development and operational initiatives, currently serving as CEO of a national inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Greenville, SC.

As the owner of Viewpoint Leadership & Development Company, Joshua specializes in coaching and consulting, helping individuals and organizations achieve their full potential. His book, Transformative Leadership, has been a labor of love, blending his personal experiences of triumphs and trials with powerful leadership lessons. It’s an inspiring, empowering, and reflective memoir that offers actionable insights, leadership advice, and personal development coaching to professionals across all industries.

Joshua has served as a board member and board chairman on several local and national boards, contributing his leadership expertise to various organizations.
