Speaker Series: Josh Ross & Gabe Baksa

Speaker Series

Josh Ross is Co-founder & CEO of Scalable AI, a Grand Rapids platform of vertical AI agents that automate back-office workflows for mid-market manufacturers on legacy ERPs. He comes from a third-generation Ford leadership family, with roots in Ford and Volkswagen, and built Scalable AI to solve the problems he saw hands-on on plant floors across the Midwest. Scalable is currently part of Techstars Columbus this fall and is growing at 30% MoM. Josh is also a senior at Grand Valley State University studying MIS and Data Science.

Gabe Baksa is Co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Scalable AI, where he leads the development team and owns the product. Scalable is transforming the back-office for mid-market manufacturers, using AI to automate the manual workflows that eat up their teams’ time. Gabe’s favorite spends a lot of his time sitting with end users, understanding what’s actually slowing them down, and designing experiences that fix it. Before Scalable, he led a product team at Meijer and ran GB Creates, a dev, design, and AI agency for startups and small teams. Gabe grew up in a small blue-collar town, and his faith shapes how he works: he believes the point of building anything is to serve people well.
