About this Event
Speaker Series: Melany Kahn
Thursday, November 20th, 2025 5-7PM
Doors open at 4PM to explore the grounds and art.
Melany Kahn, author and TEDxBoston speaker, offers a talk on how a curiosity of mushrooms and all of nature is at the heart of the long-term-care of our planet, the essential role fungi play in ecosystems, and the beauty of connecting with nature. The talk, designed as an access point for all generations of a family, will be followed by a Q&A, and a cooking demonstration and tasting - How to cook fungi for the non-mushroom lovers in your life! A copy of her book, Mason Goes Mushrooming, is included with the ticket.
