Lael Couper Jepson is all about change powered by women. As the founder of SheChanges, Lyle has harnessed that belief to create a robust community that shares her passion for weaving together the threads of women, change, and leadership to strengthen the fabric of our society. With the background in corporate consulting, and a master’s degree in organizational development and change, Lael brings a wealth of experience to her clients, helping them reimagined how we might work, lead, and do power differently – with heart, fire and conviction at the helm. She helps her clients navigate to art, and the science of making a conscious transition and understands firsthand what it’s like to feel confined by the traditional corporate world, and how lonely and challenging that journey can feel to break free from it after years of cumulative exhaustion and conditioning that train women to fight, apologize, explain, and justify our existence at every turn in the road. Known for her dynamic approach, refreshing, irreverence, and insistence that waiting is overrated, Lael uses her story to inspire and challenge others to embrace change, think differently, and lead courageously. She combines bold thinking with compassionate guidance, helping clients break free from outdated systems, and lead with authenticity and clarity. Lael is the author of two books, Unscripted, a Woman’s Prayer and Ignite: Lighting the Leader Fire, and has been featured speaker, panelist, and storyteller over the years at women’s conferences and events.
