SpeakEasy Story Club

Whether you've got a story to tell or just love hearing others spill the tea, this is an event for you!

Each event features 6-8 storytellers. No auditions, no pressure — just brave humans sharing true moments from their lives.

This month's theme is: SCHOOLED. Stories about school days; a time you learned a valuable lesson; or the time you got beat when you least expected it.

M.C. Candice Rose, will be guiding us through the night, keeping things fun, relaxed, and connected.

• Doors open at 6:30 PM
• Stories begin at 7:30 PM
• Food and Beverages can be purchased before stories begin and at intermission
• A SpeakEasy Password, required at the door, will be sent with your ticket

To keep the space respectful and enjoyable for everyone:

• Stories must be true and your own
• Each storyteller has 5-7 minutes. Time will be gently kept.
• Storytellers will be a mix of scheduled and randomly chosen volunteers
• Please respond by email if you'd like to put your name in the hat!
• No notes preferred, but no one turned away from telling their story!
• Trigger warnings for sensitive subjects will be given when needed

• A cozy, community atmosphere
• Live, personal storytelling

• A supportive audience — whether you’re sharing or listening
