In lieu of our regularly offered solstice/equinox pop-up, we are honoring the winter's arrival and celebrating the turning over of 2025 and our journey into 2026 all at once.
As our calendar year has just begun, so has the winter season. With the shortest day of the year behind us, that spark of hope is reignited - the sun will return! The new year comes with pressure for new starts and changing old habits while the Earth is still resting. A pull between two extremes.
Join Erica for an evening to find the duality between reigniting the fire within and resting with the rhythm of the earth.
Enjoy gentle movement, group discussion and activity with time to reflect independently through journal prompts. Leave feeling ready to tackle the winter season while honoring the energy of the earth around you.
This session is suitable for all levels and welcomes everyone to move, breathe, and connect at their own pace. Class is not heated.
