Join us for an immersive in-person journey dedicated to the energy of the Throat Chakra. This experience is professionally guided by Chelsie Maccarone, LMHC, and Leigh Ann, Certified Yoga Instructor and Health Coach.

Together, we will create a safe, supportive space to clear energetic blockages and embrace more confident, authentic communication. Through the synergy of mental health insights, yoga-inspired movement, and the healing power of sound vibration, you will be invited to let go of what holds you back and step into your power.

What to Bring:
To ensure you can fully relax, please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket. If you don’t have your own, we have spares available on-site!

Location & Parking:
We are gathering at a beautiful residential location in Plantation. To respect our neighbors, please do not park on the grass. Whether you’re looking to find your voice or simply want to experience deep relaxation, all are welcome.
