Highly interactive workshops composed of 3 parts:

Part 1. Prepared speaker shares a personal story in a 4 to 6min, on the topic of their choice.

Part 2. The others can participate with:

- Feedback

- Time-keeping

- Filler-word tracking

Part 3. Learn and practice storytelling and public speaking skills. The coach shares a different skill in every session. Everyone practices through impromptu speaking in small groups.

Fees

The fee per session is $40. The first person who registers to tell their story, receives free of charge 2 private coaching sessions with Ana Sousa Gavin, on zoom, to prepare your story for the upcoming session.

If you pay for 3 months in advance, then the fee is $30 per session. The sessions can run when there is a minimum of 4 people registered

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Unfortunately, no reimbursement is possible for cancellation nor for any missed sessions.

About the Trainer

Ana Sousa Gavin is a public speaking coach, a storyteller and a member of Toastmasters. She creates a safe space for groups and individuals, to discover their strengths and build their confidence as public speakers. Her holistic approach to coaching results from a varied background in social and organizational psychology, fitness coaching, early years education, storytelling and improvisation theatre.
