You already know that one of the top fears leaders face is speaking in public, yet you probably also have seen the power of what a gifted speaker can do to inspire and make an enormous impact with their audience.

In this session designed for you as a leader, you will learn how to create audience-centered presentations, master the (8) areas of speech, and deliver key messages concisely and with clarity.

One of the most common fears leaders face is public speaking. And yet, we’ve all seen the outsized impact a gifted speaker can have—shaping belief, inspiring action, and moving an audience in moments that matter.

This half-day program is designed specifically for leaders who want to communicate with greater confidence, clarity, and influence. You will learn how to create audience-centered presentations, master the eight core areas of effective speaking and facilitating, and deliver key messages concisely—especially under pressure.

Participants will develop a practical, repeatable approach to speaking that integrates mind, body, and heart, including:

• Creating presentations that are truly audience-centered
• Understanding and managing your physiology so anxiety doesn’t drive performance
• Developing relational presence to authentically connect with any audience
• Understanding audience psychology across different types of presentations
• Mastering the writing process to create content that keeps both you and your audience engaged
• Identifying the “big idea” of your talk and crafting a clear, memorable message
• Speaking with confidence under pressure
• Preparing and practicing in ways that reduce dependence on notes
• Using presence to naturally eliminate filler words (um’s, ahh’s) and distracting habits

By the end of the session, you will be able to:

• Express yourself authentically in the moment
• Deliver presentations with greater commitment and credibility
• Converse clearly about complex or “wicked” problems
• Bring data, logic, and evidence to life through story and example
• Use a questioning style that draws out insight and elevates discussion
• Challenge audiences appropriately while maintaining trust and connection

This program emphasizes preparation, message clarity, and delivery, using compelling examples, storytelling, and hands-on practice to build confidence quickly and sustainably.

Note: This workshop includes videotaping as a learning tool to accelerate awareness and improvement.

This is a highly interactive, experiential workshop—not a lecture. Participants will practice in real time, receive targeted feedback, and leave with tools they can immediately apply to high-stakes meetings, presentations, and conversations.

The focus is not on becoming a “performer,” but on becoming a clear, grounded, and influential communicator—someone who can walk into any room, connect quickly, and deliver messages that land.
