About this Event
The Irish Council for International Students (ICOS) wishes to invite you to our Annual Seminar which takes place in person on Thursday 27 June 2024 (2:00pm - 4:00pm) at University College Cork, Western Gateway Building G.01.
This year, ICOS will launch a new anti-racism campaign, Speak Out Against Racism, and host a panel discussion on racism in Ireland.
The Speak Out Against Racism campaign includes the publication of a new handbook in English, Spanish, and Portuguese for students on what racism is, how to report it, and where to get support, as well as an anti-racism video featuring students and experts which will be screened at the launch.
Attendees will include ICOS Members from 26 higher education institutions across Ireland, students, experts, local organisations, and the media.

- Holly Cowman, ICOS Chairperson and Director of International Engagement at Mary Immaculate College
