Come and join us on Wednesday evenings at 5:45 for Spartan Training! Enhance your strength, endurance, and mental toughness with our FREE class. Everyone is welcome to attend! All fitness levels are welcome! Don't forget to bring water, and a workout mat. In case of any weather-related delays or cancellations, please check out the Spartan Facebook Page.
The Spartan workouts will be held in the upper field below the large pavilion.
Be sure to also check out Spartan Training Saturdays at 9:00 AM!
