Spartan DEKA FIRE is a 10-zone, equipment-free functional fitness test designed to measure and benchmark your physical baseline. The test can be completed anywhere using just a timer and four markers to measure distance.
When: Saturday, July 11th
Time: 9am-10am. Please arrive 10 minutes early to secure your spot on the floor
Store Location: 2nd floor of the mall. Macys end of the mall
Parking: By Macy's or the food court
Items to bring: Water and a Sweat Towel.
